Detailed configuration of the 1.5-ton electric manual flat trailer chassis:

1. The structural type is an electric drive chassis, which can remotely control forward, backward, and turn for self driving, and can also be pulled by a traction rod. The traction rod can be retracted and stored, and a driving brake buffer device is designed; The size of the traction rod and traction ring shall be designed according to the requirements of the drawings provided by Party A; The controller adopts the American brand Curtis;

2. It has the service brake and parking brake functions. When driving, the brake light and turn signal are synchronized with the front vehicle. When braking, turning and reversing the chassis, it should have voice prompt or voice prompt functions; Equipped with night lighting; Equipped with chassis self driving emergency stop function;

3. The chassis is of a flat structure, with four corner design and installation of rotary locks. The rotary locks are combined with the upper cabin corner pieces to achieve reorganization and separation. The dimensions of the corner pieces refer to Figures 1 to 4 in GB/T 1835-2006 "Series 1 Container Corner Pieces".
